to our health, and can have an extremely positive impact on our bodies.

They are capable of every from increased energy, weight loss, and helping to prevent cancer, and are easy to add to our daily diet. Here are a few of them and the wonderful health-boosting benefits they have.

In fact, Strawberries are so vitamin-rich that just one cup exceeds the recommended daily dose of vitamin C by nearly 30%. They are also rich in antioxidants. These antioxidants help to prevent damage caused by free radicals.

This damage shows up to us as premature aging. Take note that Strawberries are a very perishable food, and that once they have been frozen for any length of time, they lose nearly all of their beneficial characteristics.

2. Grapefruits are delicious foods that can help you improve your heart health by reducing the cholesterol levels in your bloodstream.
A stronger heart will help you perform physical tasks more easily, as well as helping you to avoid nasty heart-related illnesses down the road. Grapefruit also have a wonderful ability to repair human DNA inside cells. This ability helps to fight off many forms of cancer before they can develop. They are also very good foods for losing weight, as they can help your body process food and burn energy more efficiently by lowering the amount of Insulin in your blood.

3. Pineapples are great because they probably have one of the most varied amounts of vitamins and minerals.
They contain everything from calcium, fiber, potassium, to Vitamin C! This makes them perfect for helping boost your immune system and fight off illness, as well as giving you more energy. Pineapples also contain bromelain, which suppresses coughing and loosens up mucus, making pineapples a perfect snack or breakfast for anyone with a cold. They are also rich in manganese, which is a substance that the body uses to help build stronger bones. So toss a little sugar on that grapefruit and enjoy it for breakfast! Your body will thank you later!

Apples are known as being anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-allergenic. They are also rich in flavanoids, a powerful antioxidant that will help to keep you looking and feeling younger. The substances in apples also work together to protect the cells in the body, helping to prevent the development and spread of cancer.

5. Last, but certainly not least, are Avocados.

Avocados aren't as prevalent as other fruits, but that is no reason to ignore them. Avocados contain substances that can work together to reduce your risk of prostate and breast cancer, but their main attraction lies in their ability to help your cardiovascular health.

They are very low in overall fat, but they happen to contain a certain form of monounsaturated fat. This is found in very few other fruits, but can help to lower your cholesterol levels.

They provide wonderful opportunities to lose weight and keep you feeling young and energized, and are all very delicious.
