Answers:  Yes A genotype AC can go ahead to marry genotype AS. 

Can AC genotype marry AC genotype?

No, it is not advisable because there is high probability of CC coming up which is same as SS

Can AS marry AC?

No, its not permissible because SC is also a Sickle Cell
