Homosexuals Fight Over Money For Sex in Lagos

‎Two homosexuals Oluwabunkenoye whose age is 24 one Abiola whose age is 29 are being paraded by the police.
The addresses of the duo are unknown, they are  facing a two count charge of same sex having sexual intercourse quarreling and fighting in public‎.

‎Both pleaded not guilty to the charges. The Police Prosecutor, Sgt. Anthonia Osayande explained to the court that the accused with others still at large committed the crime at a City Centre Hotel at Ijeshatedo in Surulere about 2:00 - 3.00.p.m. on 1st June.
 

The accused were caught by a police patrol team fighting publicly over non-payment of the agreement fee for the sexual acts, said Osayande.
 
on interrogation one of the accused confessed that he was invited to Romeo and Juliet Hotel located at Ejigbo on 28th
May  at about 5.00 a.m. for anal sex.

‎“He promised to pay some amount of money if he agreed to the act, but the accused bridge our agreement after satisfying himself.”

‎He noted that the offences contravened Sections 54 and 136 of the Criminal Law of  Lagos State 2015 (Revised).

The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Ipaye Nwachukwu, granted bail to the accused in the sum of N100,000 each with two sureties each in like sum.

She ordered ‎that the accused should submit their passport-size photographs to the court registrar.

Nwachukwu  said  one of the sureties must be a blood relation of the accused, while the other must be a cleric or a community leader.

In addition, the sureties should provide evidence of tax payment to the government.

She adjourned the case until Aug. 3 for mention.‎(NAN)
