In a shocking incident, a 15-year-old had sex with his younger sister and impregnated her.
When the girl of Ireland, became pregnant her brother denied the allegations that he was the father.
However, when the baby was born, a DNA test proved that he was indeed the father. The young mother and her baby were placed in the custody of different foster parents.
Sadly, this was not the first time that the 13-year-old girl was involved with social services. They have been to the family’s home due to concerns about her own mother and stepfather. However, at those times, she was not removed from the home.

Now, Justice O'Hara, agreed to a freeing order, which allows the baby, who is now two years old, to be permanently adopted by his foster parents without the young mother’s consent.
Sitting in the High Court in Belfast, the judge ruled that the mother - who is now 16 years old - was incapable of giving consent for the adoption as she had psychological issues.
A report from a psychiatrist revealed grim details of how miserable life has been for the 13 year old.
The report states: “She is not in a position to fully understand the possible consequences of the different decisions needed to be done for her and her child.”
The release order came after local authorities sought to have the child adopted in the best interests of the child.
