They are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to join their team of experts and you will also be the registered manager for the hospital.
The Role:
• As a skilled nurse with a wealth of management experience you will have overall responsibility for the clinical team and will be directly responsible for 5 managers, ensuring that they are providing exceptional quality care in line with the multidisciplinary approach
• You will work collaboratively with the Hospital Director and the Medical Director ensuring that the service is recognised for high standards by building strong relationships with commissioners and other external bodies
• With a strong passion for quality you will take the lead on clinical auditing and governance, and as the registered manager you will ensure that the service achieves compliance and that service users are receiving the highest quality care
The Individual:
• You will be a dynamic and driven leader with proven management experience in a locked / secure setting and will be able to demonstrate commercial awareness
• Will be well versed with relevant CQC guidelines and legislations ensuring that all standards not only adhered to but exceeded
• You will be RMN qualified and will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a positive role model for your team, proving your visibility on the wards when required
