Man Squeezing Gigantic Spot On Neck After 20 Years

“The lump started to grow, and it got to the point that it hurt for me just to tilt my head back because of all the pressure.

But we were in Laos, so we were quite apprehensive about going to any medical clinic — especially since we likely wouldn't be able to communicate with anyone.

Then the lump started to form white-heads. Many, many white-heads,” Peppers told the Daily Mail.

Whiteheads form when the dead skin cells, oil, and bacteria become trapped within one of your pores. Unlike blackheads, which develop in the opening of hair follicles, whiteheads form under the surface of a closed pore, according to Healthline.

Bacteria tend to live in the buildup of secretions and grow, which stimulates the body to send immune cells.

The immune system tries to kill the bacteria and heal the tissue, which explains why the surrounding area of the spot is red and inflamed.

Typically, this form of acne is treated with both over-the-counter and prescription washes and ointments that contain benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. Peppers and his wife used a pin, gauze, alcohol, and plasters to get rid of the zit.

“Hmm, squeeze a little harder. … Yeah you’re getting it. Oh my God, keep doing that,” said Pepper’s wife as she guided him in the video. “It’s kind of stopped. Oh my god, it’s still going. It’s still going. Have you stopped now? Have you had enough?”

Although the gruesome video ended there with plenty of pus, Peppers told the Daily Mail he and his wife have up to three spot-squeezing sessions a day for another week. Each session more pus is drained from the spot. “Each time stuff would come out.

Sometimes a lot — like A LOT,” he said.
Pepper’s zit-squeezing session was successful but would not receive a nod of approval from Dr. Mehmet Oz.

Oz appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show to warn that squeezing spots can cause skin damage and destroy healthy tissue, Medical Daily reported.

“Never squeeze a pimple because you will macerate it. You’re destroying all the healthy tissue with the pressure you are putting on there by squeezing.”

Peppers still has the lump on his neck, but it is now barely noticeable
