Ways To Get Rid Of Dark Spots On Your Knees And Knuckles



A source of concern on the skin is so disturbing with having dark knuckles, dark elbows, dark armpit, dark knees, and dark ankle can be a nightmare. There are different ways to get these.  

1. It could be naturally

2. Through bleaching, excessive tanning, exposure to extreme/hazardous washing agents etc.

Here are some tips that can help you get rid of dark knuckles/knees.

1. Using baking soda

Make a paste of 3 parts baking soda and one part water. Mix until smooth and apply the paste to the affected region. You should do this twice daily.

2. Scrub and then apply lemon juice

Scrub the affected area with a pumice stone or soft brush. This will help remove the dry and dead skin. Apply some lemon juice to the area. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off.

3. Activated charcoal and honey

Mix some honey and activated charcoal. Apply this mixture to the affected area and let it sit for 20 minutes. Wipe off the mixture and then rinse it off in the shower.

4. Almond oil

Almond oil works great in reducing dark marks. Simply massage the affected areas with almond oil once a day.You will notice results in a few days.

5. Sugar and olive oil scrub

Mix olive oil and sugar together until it forms a thick paste, and scrub the affected area with it. It works wonders!

6. Shea butter 

Shea butter is great for moisturizing dark knuckles. Take a scoop of the butter and rub all over your hands. You can use this method on your knees as well. Shea butter has characteristics that help to lighten the skin tone and moisturize the skin. It is also known as a very efficient dark knuckle cleanser.
