Things That Damage The Kidney

We have a non challant attitude towards our health. There are things we do that can be quite detrimental to our health. The following are steps that affect the life of our kidney:

Shortage of Water In The Body System

Drinking lots of water can help prevent kidney stones. This is because the kidney depends on liquids to function properly.

More Intake Of Salt

Reduce foods and snacks that are high in salt (sodium). Instead, replace these meals with fresh fruits and vegetables.

Low Exercises

Exercising the body can go a long way in keeping the body and cardiovascular system in perfect working conditions. It is very good to exercise on a regular basis. Not for rigorous exercises but Instead, opt for walking instead of driving, do stretches and many more. 

Insomnia

Sleep is very important for the body to heal and renew itself. If the quality of your sleep is not good, it could block your arteries and increase your blood pressure; thus, increasing the likelihood of kidney damage. Note: you should have 7-8 hours sleep daily.
