There are several natural ways to get beautiful skin. Natural beauty is not difficult to acquire, it just requires some time and patience. I have broken these down under two subheads to make understanding them clear. Let us look into these smooth skin tips for you.

Diet plays is a very important role in keeping your skin beautiful. What you eat matters a lot to your body. Fruits & Vegetables: Skins or peels of vegetables like the cucumber can be applied on the face and hands to reduce the sun tan and also helps to clear the dead skin. Fruits like papaya and lemon have the properties that help to reduce the skin spots and age spots. Tomatoes and potatoes have the qualities of removing sun tan and sun burn.
