·        It provides five times as much iron and potassium; and unlike chicken eggs, quail eggs have not been known to cause allergies.

·        They are generally combatant against digestive tract disorders such as stomach ulcers, they strengthen the immune system, promote the memory health, increase the brain activity and stabilise the nervous system.

·        They help in curbing anaemia by increasing the level of haemoglobin in the body, while removing toxins and heavy metals.

·        Children who eat quail eggs are less inclined to develop infectious diseases than children who do not.
