Chronic pain in children and teenagers is a dramatically growing
problem, with hospital admissions for youngsters with the condition
rising ninefold between 2004 and 2010, a new study suggests.
The most common type of chronic pain among kids in the study was abdominal pain, which was reported in 23 percent of cases, according to the study.
